ABOUT US

 Dear Natural Health Supporter:
shaking hands1.bmpThanks for all of your effort and support by allowing us to assist you with natural health approaches that support your own healing system. I have set my working goals to involve the application of traditional naturopathy and muscle therapy concepts by focusing on lifestyle modifications in connection with natural approaches to health care. In my point of view, this transition to a healthier lifestyle should involve the practitioner’s understandings of basic approaches used by people from all different cultural backgrounds, which can be evaluated and graded as being helpful to one’s health so as associated to achieving homeostasis or balance. Therefore, a good point to start it is by mentioning the important work that The National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine (NCCAM) have done along with the Carrico Muscle Therapy and Naturopathic Center’s dedication to expose our community to the importance of complementary therapies.

The National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine (NCCAM) under the guidance of the National Institute of Health has conducted many researches involved with the understanding and enhancement of optimal health of people from all cultural backgrounds. The National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine focuses on the study and efficacy of natural health modalities of treatments from many other nations.

The Carrico Muscle Therapy and Naturopathic Center understands that balanced health or Wellness can be defined as being the continuous, active process of becoming aware of the different areas in one’s life, identifying the areas that need improvement, and then making choices that will facilitate attainment of high level of health and well-being. Since wellness is very well connected with the outcome of people’s health, a true statement will be that people are becoming more educated and therefore seeking natural therapies in conjunction with traditional Western approaches. People’s exposure to information related to holistic health approaches is influencing their lives and beliefs. They are achieving this goal because people are learning about what is better for their bodies and how to integrate health approaches into their lifestyles. Furthermore, these educated individuals are able to help others to discover new directions of lifestyles. Naturopathy and Muscle Therapy Health programs offer individuals the opportunity to restore and maintain optimal health. As people’s lifestyles change along with new visions of health issues, their productivity, self-confidence, and social skills are also enhanced.

Finally, individuals of all ages and cultural backgrounds could enhance and maintain their health properly and set healthier examples to other people. Also, proper dietary guidelines keep these individuals away from medications and hospitalizations, which serve, as incentives to other people that want to get better but don’t know how to begin. American citizens from all cultural backgrounds can overcome theirs chronic diseases with the use of natural health programs with no side effects. They enjoy their lives and at the same time they are proud to share with their friends their secrets of health. They do not only practice good health but they also teach other people how to discover new ways to improve personal health. What is better than a healthy feeling and the ability to live a normal life regardless of their ethnic background? Is it the ability to help other individuals to achieve the same goals that they have? The truth relies on the fact that individual’s satisfactions attained from helping other people to understand about natural approaches to health enhance even more their sense of well-being. Therefore, the Carrico Muscle Therapy and Naturopathic Center’ family would like to congratulate you on your health achievements and thank you again for allowing us to help you with your goal to better health.

Sincerely,

Antonio Carrico, B.A., L.M.T., N.D.
